- Farmer Registration: Mobile number, Aadhaar / Government ID, location (village, district, state), farm size, crop types, profile photo, farm description, certifications, and years of farming experience.
- Buyer Registration: Mobile number, location, buyer type (household, retailer, restaurant, wholesaler, processing company).
- Village Helper & Field Agent Registration: Mobile number, Government ID, location, and role-specific details.
- Product Listings: Product name, category, quantity, price, harvest date, quality grade, organic status, images, videos, and pickup location.
- Communications: Messages exchanged through in-app chat between farmers and buyers.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device information (model, operating system, unique device identifiers)
- Log data (IP address, access times, pages viewed, app crashes)
- Location data (GPS coordinates when you use map-based discovery or geo-tagging)
- Usage data (search queries, features used, interactions with listings)
2.3 Payment Information
Payment transactions are processed through third-party payment gateways (Razorpay, UPI providers, banks). We do not store your full bank account numbers, UPI PINs, or credit/debit card details on our servers. Our escrow system holds payment references only until transaction completion.

4. QR Farm Verification
Each registered farm receives a unique QR identity code. When buyers scan this code during farm visits, they can verify the farmer's identity and listing authenticity. The QR code links only to publicly visible profile information that the farmer has voluntarily provided.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Between Users: Farmer profiles, product listings, ratings, and pickup locations are visible to potential buyers. Buyer contact details are shared with farmers only upon order placement.
- Village Helpers & Field Agents: Authorized helpers and agents can access farmer data they are assigned to assist, for the purpose of listing management and onboarding.
- Payment Processors: We share necessary transaction data with Razorpay and banking partners to process payments.
- Service Providers: We engage third-party services for hosting (Firebase), storage (Cloud Storage), maps (Google Maps API), and analytics.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
- Platform Safety: We may share data to investigate fraud, enforce our Terms, or protect user safety.

Your data is stored on secure servers using Firebase and cloud infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including:
